The 100-Day Lab program is a Sales Development program designed to solve the hardest problem in business: predictably finding better customers.
The Lab involves aligning Marketing and Sales functions as well as the internal systems to support them.
Our Data, Content, Sales Development and Strategy teams work together to enable the testing of business hypotheses regarding who to sell to, how to contact them, and what to share with them in order to find the shortest path to revenue generation.
The Lab comprises of two components:
- A 10-day set-up process where we build Human Validated contact lists (see Whistle Data), Professionally written Sales Content for use in prospecting campaigns,
- Training and Onboarding of our Sales teams and Optimization of our client’s CRMs to enable a scalable and world-class sales program.
We cover in 10 days what takes an average SDR hire 30 days to complete
The second portion of the Lab involves 90 days of daily Sales Development outreach over the phone, email, and social as well as constant adaptation from our Data, Content, and Strategy teams in order to enable and equip our on the ground team. By listening closely to the outcomes of conversations, we are able to drive 3.5X the number of results of traditional SDR teams and achieve in 3 months what usually takes 6 months.
The Whistle Lab is built specifically for companies looking to solve the problem of creating predictable revenue and scalable sales systems. The outcomes of the Lab have been used to validate product/market fit, raise investor financing, enter new international markets, build and scale local operations, and set the foundations for growth.
